How to arrange a return
Step 1
Contact support
Call or write to us — describe the reason, provide the order number and attach product photos if there's a defect.
Step 2
Submit a request
The manager will send a return form. Fill it in and prepare the product with packaging, tags and receipt.
Step 3
Hand over the product
A courier will pick up the product, or we agree on independent shipping via a delivery service.
Step 4
Get money or an exchange
After inspection we refund the money the same way or exchange for another product.
Can be returned
Didn't match color, size or contents
Changed your mind — the product wasn't used
You found a factory defect or damage
Product doesn't match the description on the site
Expiration date had already passed at receipt
