Public Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer of СП ООО METAMED (Tax ID 309116608), the owner of the Pils.uz online store, published openly at pils.uz. The offer is addressed to any individual or legal entity and contains all essential terms of a distance sale contract. The offer is valid in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Civil Code and the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Seller — СП ООО METAMED, the owner of the Pils.uz online store, selling goods remotely. Buyer — a person who has placed an order on the site. Goods — perfumery and cosmetic products, hygiene products, gift certificates, and other catalogue items. Order — a request placed by the Buyer to purchase the selected goods. Acceptance — the full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this offer.

The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods selected in the site catalogue, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer. The description, characteristics, price, and availability of the goods are stated on the product page in the catalogue. Product photos are for illustration only: packaging and shade may differ slightly depending on the manufacturer's batch.

Acceptance of the offer is deemed to be the placing of an order by the Buyer on the site, by phone, or via messengers, as well as ticking the consent checkbox at checkout. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded in writing and has the same force as an agreement signed by the parties. If the Buyer does not agree with the terms of the offer, they must refrain from placing an order.

An order is placed independently in the site cart or with the help of a support operator. The Buyer must provide accurate contact details and a delivery address: the Seller is not liable for the consequences of incorrect information. After checkout, the order is confirmed by phone or messenger; until confirmation, the contents of the order may be changed by agreement of the parties.

Prices are stated in Uzbek soum, including all taxes, and are valid at the time of checkout. The Seller may change prices on the site, but the price of an already confirmed order is not subject to change. Payment is made online by Uzcard/Humo bank card, via the Click and Payme payment systems, in cash or by card upon receipt, and in installments with partner banks. The delivery cost is calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Delivery is carried out by courier within Tashkent and by transport services to the regions of Uzbekistan; pickup from branches is also available. Delivery times are agreed upon order confirmation and depend on the address and stock availability. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over. On receipt, the Buyer should check the completeness, expiry date, and integrity of the packaging.

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods of proper quality, in the agreed quantity and within the agreed time, and to provide full information about the goods. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data, accept and pay for the order, and use the goods as intended and in accordance with the instructions. The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if the goods are out of stock, the Buyer's data is inaccurate, or in the case of unfair actions.

The Buyer may withdraw from the goods in the manner and within the periods established by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, provided the goods retain their original appearance, packaging, seals, and labels. Perfumery and cosmetic products and personal hygiene items of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary and hygiene requirements. Refunds are issued using the same payment method within 10 business days from the date the return is agreed. The detailed procedure is described in the “Returns and Exchanges” section.

The Seller guarantees the authenticity of the goods and their supply from official brand representatives. Goods are stored under the conditions set by the manufacturer; the expiry date is indicated on the packaging. Quality claims are accepted by support with photos of the product and packaging attached and are reviewed within 3 business days.

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary to perform the agreement: order processing, delivery, status notifications, and compliance with legal requirements. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for delivery services and payment systems involved in fulfilling the order.

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage of the goods by the Buyer, nor for interruptions in third-party payment systems, delivery services, and communication channels. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, actions of state authorities, accidents, transport restrictions, and other events beyond the parties' control.

The offer is valid indefinitely — until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new revision. The Seller may unilaterally amend the terms of the offer; a new revision takes effect from the moment it is published on the site. The revision of the offer in force at the time the order was placed applies to the relations of the parties. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if that is not possible, in court under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
